Here’s the news story…

Detective Mike Mohney said Monday 20-year-old Spencer Taylor of Three Rivers has been booked for investigation of larceny and malicious destruction of property.Taylor is scheduled to be arraigned Aug. 5 in St. Joseph County District Court.

There is no telephone listing under his name in the Three Rivers area.

Mohney says officers who were dispatched early Sunday to the theater arrived to find employees restraining a man wearing a purple suit, a green wig and face paint in the style of Batman’s nemesis in “The Dark Knight.”

I’ve been divorced and I gotta say, if the story below had actually worked I would be kicking myself right now for not trying it.

An Indian man took a new approach to the painful process of divorce recently.

Sanjib Saha decided it would be best if he hired an impersonator to act as his wife during divorce procedures in the eastern city of Kolkata.

Both Sanjib and his fake wife said they sought a mutual divorce which the court granted.

divorce Man Caught Using Impersonator to Divorce Wife pictureSanjib’s real wife found out later, when she was asked to leave their home.

She immediately appealed to a higher court charging her husband with cheating on her and faking their divorce. The court suspended the fake divorce leaving both Sanjib and his wife married once more.

“The case exposed the legal loopholes in our system,” Kaushik Chanda, lawyer of Saha’s real wife, said.

Sanjib Saha finds himself in a tough situation. If he now tries to get the divorce legally, the judge is likely to be very hard on him and rule in his wife’s favor. If he doesn’t get the divorce he has to live and stay with his wife, who he just tried to divorce with an impersonator.

How do you get away with something like this?

Unless there are no video tapes of the courtroom and you can convince a jury that your exwife is certifiable, I can’t see hwo he believed this would work.

“A” for effort though.

The fashion of wearing ones pants much lower than the pants companies ever designed them for has seen a decline in most areas of the country in the past few years but lately it seems that some areas still think its a problem.

So much so that they have been trying to pass laws against it.

That is one case that I would love take on.

Do you think “Sagging Pant” should be something you could get fined or even arrested for?
